Mike Rothera , Consultant Paediatric Surgeon, Royal Manchester Childrens’s Hospital will be taking us through ‘Stents, Transplants and the future of adult airway surgery’

Nav Mani, fellowship at Memorial Sloan Ketterring, New York discussing his experience ‘ENT in a system with no financial constraints and what we can take from that in the NHS’
Anne Markey, fellowship in Nepal finding opportunity in completely the opposite on ‘ENT in a system with severe financial constraints and what we can take from that in the NHS’
Jonathan Hobson, Consultant ENT Surgeon and Divisional Director has been tasked with how to engage ” Management ” with diplomacy

Finally there will be a panel discussion/ debate on how to deal with the common problems. Something we all know but have often unknowingly have completely different views on!
